Great value for money! the staff were super friendly and helpful. the location was awesome, just a short walk to the city center.
The shower situation was a little weird, with water getting everywhere in the bathroom. And the noise from the air conditioning and fridge kept waking us up at night.

This hotel offers great value for money with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The location in a quiet area, but still close to the center, is perfect. Additionally, there are two amazing restaurants right next to the hotel.

Near tourist areas, great staff, clean hotel. The hotel is conveniently located near the most popular tourist sites in the city, within walking distance. The staff were friendly, courteous, and attentive. We were impressed with how clean the hotel was and how well-maintained the facilities were.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair. We really enjoyed our time at this hotel and can't think of anything negative to say about it.

The hotel was in a good location, not too far from the main attractions of the city. It was also quite affordable, which we appreciated on our city break. The staff were friendly and answered all of our questions.
We had a few issues during our stay. The room was quite noisy, making it difficult to sleep at times.

The hotel was situated down the street from the tourist sites, which made it relatively close to the center. the room was spacious and offered soap and shampoo in the bathroom. There was a bar/restaurant located just 20 meters away to grab a bite to eat.
The hotel was poorly maintained and had leakage from the bath.

I had a great stay at this hotel in Sofia. The value for money was excellent, with affordable prices for spacious and clean rooms. The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The location of the hotel is fantastic, situated in a quiet area but still close to the city center. There are also two amazing restaurants right next to the hotel, perfect for dining out. the hotel offers basic amenities, comfortable rooms with a large bed, and even provides breakfast.
Everything was just fine, no improvements needed.
